The Kotten and See circuit

This circular tour starts at the cozy Lintels Kotten inn. From here, the trail leads you to the old, silted-up bed of the former Max Clemens Canal, where you walk along paths steeped in history. The route continues through the idyllic fern forest in Brennheide, a green, almost fairytale-like piece of woodland.

You then reach the picturesque Reuter See lake, whose peaceful shores invite you to take a short break with a view of the lake and nature. The last stage takes you back to the starting point, Lintels Kotten, where the architect of the Max Clemens Canal liked to stop and where you can still end the tour with regional cuisine. A varied circular route with nature, history and refreshment stops!
